What currency does PinkWint3r use?

All prices are in USD. In some instances the currency shown will match your location, this is only shown with permission to match your location.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

As a small company we try our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We normally fill orders within the same or next day’s service, but it may take up to 3 days to process some orders. 

Most orders will arrive between 14-21 days after the order has been processed, but may take up to 45 days depending on shipping conditions. 

We typically see that our items are delivered much earlier than the quoted date.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at info@pinkwint3r.com.

I am unhappy with my order, can I return it? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. In most cases we will provide you with a shipping label for defective products.

We also provide a 30 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If returning an item we ask that you ship it back at your own expense, once we receive the returned order and verify that the item meets our return policy we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.

However if you have received a damaged item or are unhappy with the product you received, please send us a message at info@pinkwint3r.com and we will be happy to assist you. In most cases we will be able to offer an exchange or return for the item.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order before the shipment date, please reach out to us at info@pinkwint3r.com. Please note we can only cancel orders before the shipment date and there are no penalties for cancelling your order! If the item is in transit please use our easy return system for a full refund.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do!?

If you entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll help you fix the issue! In most cases we can change the shipping address or other shipping information within 24 hours. Have other issues? Feel free to reach out to us at info@pinkwint3r.com we’ll do what we can to help!
